Lucy Plato Clark

Lucy Plato Clark is a photographer who never stopped playing dress-up. She received her BFA in contemporary Jewellery from Alchimia School in Florence, Italy.

Her photography blends a passion for embellishing the body with inspiration drawn from the forested landscapes of her childhood home in western North Carolina. Much of her work involves dressing and capturing the human form in spontaneous and impermanent adornments of the moment.

Lucy currently resides in Florence, Italy, where she works in collaboration with many artists from a variety of disciplines. She uses Italy as a background for her projects as she works to define the idea of home.
